1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JW7 platform at jw7.run, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JW7.

2 Eligibility

JW7 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one JW7 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. JW7 uses technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your JW7 account.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any other person.
• JW7 accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold or gifted to another person.
• JW7 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.

4 Deposits

JW7 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and select bank transfer options. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. JW7 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Deposits are credited to your JW7 account balance in real time for mobile wallet payments. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business hours to reflect depending on the sending bank. JW7 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 for mobile wallet payments.
• Maximum single deposit: subject to your account tier and verification status.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you deposit the wrong amount.
• JW7 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it cannot be verified as coming from the account holder.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on JW7 are processed around the clock. For bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals, funds typically arrive within five minutes of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days.

Before your first withdrawal, JW7 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard process and is required to protect both the player and the platform. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and confirmation of your payment method.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳50 for mobile wallet payments.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.

• JW7 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security review purposes.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

JW7 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general bonus rules.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement will be clearly displayed before you claim any bonus.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is used first when placing bets, unless the bonus terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonuses in a systematic way to generate guaranteed profit (bonus abuse) is prohibited.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games on JW7 use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, JW7 will resolve the situation based on the game's recorded state at the time of the error.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• If a game malfunctions during a round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance.
• JW7 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection issues.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• JW7 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a pricing or display error on the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JW7. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account on JW7.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the JW7 platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in any JW7 game or system.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using JW7 for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts that do not belong to you.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing JW7 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

9 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your JW7 account. This includes keeping your password confidential and ensuring that no one else has access to your login credentials. JW7 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

• Use a strong, unique password for your JW7 account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Do not log in to JW7 on shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact JW7 support immediately and change your password.
• JW7 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Termination

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.

13 Limitation of Liability

JW7 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, JW7 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of JW7 after the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a change to the terms, you should stop using JW7 and contact support to close your account.
